There are specific progress in train project Merida a Riviera Maya, announces the president Peña Nieto.

As part of the President's visit to Merida Enrique Peña Nieto, is announced progress in transpeninsular train project, work on which will invest $ 15.000 million.

 

Carlos Almada López, Secretary of Transportation of the Ministry of Communications and Transport, said that next month submit to the tax authorities of cost-benefit studies of the project and in December 2014 or January would be tendered construction.

 

In the present federal administration also will launch passenger trains Mexico-Queretaro and Mexico-Toluca.

 

The President announced meanwhile that his government will invest more than 310 billion pesos in infrastructure by the end of 2013, because it is a matter of national priority.
