Ecology in construction

Why compost at home?

It is estimated that Mexico generates around 40 million tons of waste a year, nearly half of which composted. The dumps and landfills are saturated and it is increasingly difficult to locate new sites for disposal of waste.

So many places are producing pollution to soil, water and air, why create more?

Benefits for you ....

Separating organic waste reduces by 50% the amount of trash you generate in your home and avoid the unpleasant odors that occur in your trash when mixed with organic and organic waste are mixed.

Benefits for your garden...

Compost is a soil conditioner and an excellent natural fertilizer that returns many nutrients to the soil such as phosphorus, potassium, nitrogen and  other minerals ideal for the healthy growth of grass and plants.

Benefits to your community ...

By reducing the volume of garbage you generate,  you are contributing to prolonging the lifespan of landfills and dumps, which in most cities are already saturated. Composting also contributes to environmental awareness among your neighbors and helps to teach your children by example.

Benefits for the environment ...

When you compost at home and remove the organic waste it doesn’t go into the dumps and decompose, avoiding the production of a toxic liquid that pollutes groundwater, rivers, lakes, coasts and oceans, also affecting the flora and fauna.

Less weight in garbage trucks creates a major savings in fuel consumption for the collection, transportation and disposal of waste. This helps in the fight against global warming.
